Hello my name is Tom and welcome to Macro Snacks…the healthier snack alternatives that won’t ruin your diet or compromise on flavor! Whether you’re looking for a pre-workout pick me up, to curb a mid day craving or to re fuel post-workout, Macro Snacks has got you covered!


If anyone has been on a diet before or tried to follow a diet plan in the past then you will understand my pain! We’ve all been there…the restricted diets, the endless hours of fighting food cravings, chowing down rice cakes in the hope they will eventually suppress our appetite or snacking on kale leaves like there’s no tomorrow because we’ve been told it’s a ‘super food’!?

All of this in the aim of getting that body we all desire and are working towards. Some of us get results and some of us don’t, but I can guarantee nobody is happy following a diet plan of kale leaves and rice cakes. Well what if I told you a little secret? – YOU CAN STILL SAY YES TO EATING CHOCOLATE & GET RESULTS!

I have a huge passion for keeping fit and I love experimenting in the kitchen. I hate the idea of having to restrict foods as I’m a firm believer that anything can be eaten in moderation. If we don’t enjoy what we’re eating then are we actually going to stick to the plan? With this in mind I created Macro Snacks.


Consistency is key when it comes to nutrition but we must also be able to enjoy the foods we want to eat. The recipes and snacks I have put together are there to give you easy to make healthier alternatives that will allow you to satisfy those pesky cravings, without ruining all of your hard work.

Any diet will get you results as long as you remember calories in vs calories out. If chicken & rice 3 times a day, 7 days a week works for you then great, stick with it! I’ve done it myself and got great results but I’ve also enjoyed various foods and treats and also got great results. I want Macro Snacks to help you enjoy the foods you still want and like.


I know how hard it is trying to find foods that aren’t crammed full of sugar or unnecessary added junk. Macro Snacks enables you to choose a snack you would like and provide you with the recipe you need to make your very own guilt free snacks. Yes, it will mean you will need to have a go at making these snacks yourselves but all the recipes can be made in bulk and they’re super easy to follow. Who knows…you may even come up with a few of your own Macro Snacks!
